1. General Terms of Use

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Payment Method Ownership

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a bk33 org account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.

5.2 Eligible Games

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances cancelled and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. bk33 org is not liable for any bonuses that expire due to inactivity or failure to meet the wagering requirement within the allotted time.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bk33 org platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or funding of illegal activities.

• You will not engage in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting market prices.
• You will not publish, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from the bk33 org platform without prior written authorisation.
• You will not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bk33 org staff or other users via any communication channel provided by the platform.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software used to operate the bk33 org platform.

bk33 org reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of these obligations, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk33 org platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bk33 org or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any platform content. Any unauthorised use of bk33 org intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bk33 org reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Limitation of Liability
